The second part of my 2015 “solovacation”, Letchworth State Park, is a huge park located in central New York State. I remember the day being so incredibly hot and humid. Being the smart fella I am, I made sure to stop and pick up some drinks at the local gas station before heading in.
Then I left them in the car.
About 45 minutes into walking around with my backpack and tripod, I realized that I was dying and that cold bottle of Gatorade was sitting on my car seat. A huge thank you to the nice people who managed to have an extra water bottle on them because that could have been a bad day.
