Dundas Castle

Sometimes dreams die.

Dundas Castle, the ideal setting for a fantasy love story, home to immense tragedy.

Built between 1915 and 1924 by Ralph Wurts-Dundas, a prominent and wealthy New York Multimillionaire. He searched to create the perfect home for his wife and daughter, sparing no expense to create a state of the art home. It was to be perfect.

The family never slept a single night within its walls.

Before the final touches were placed, its owner would be dead and his wife, locked away.

Their daughter, placed in the care of the castle staff, found those same caretakers to be thieves. They stole her family’s vast fortune and left her with little. She returned to England where she fell in love with a young man who enchanted her with a story of hidden gold found within the country. They chartered an expedition which resulted in no fortune, just a cold room in a Sanitarium.

Diagnosed with the same ailment as her mother.

Mental Instability.
