The Photographic Journey
I've been shooting photos for well over 20 years. I remember being at summer camp with the boy scouts, learning to shoot with a film camera and developing my own photos in the dark room, set up in a little cabin in the woods. I was hooked right from then.
I followed my love of photography into my first jobs and have worked in the field of photography for over decade. I've gained unique insight into different styles as I've befriended and shot with many great artists. I personally strive to accurately capture more than just the moment, but the emotions, of either myself or my subjects in that moment.
Thank you for visiting.
Who I Am
I grew up in Northern New Jersey attending Norwood Public School, then Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan. Outside photography I've always had a passion for Baseball, Music, Movies, and Video Games.
I was gifted a close family and a great childhood. As a kid, I spent my time on Kennedy Field, playing baseball and soccer, and at the Norwood Swim Club, as a member of the swim team, dive team, and later a lifeguard.
It's incredibly difficult to describe myself without discussing the tragedies I've experienced, as they are as much a part of me and everything else. My father was a great man who was taken far too soon by cancer. It's something I still struggle with today. I certainly have a soft spot in my heart for people experiencing that life shifting struggle.
I'm a passionate dog lover, having owned two dogs so far. Both have been american bulldog mixes who we adopted from the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge Inc.
